Network Installer....

You can modify the install by creating a transform file and make the setup.exe to use it, this will let the install use the specified options.

And for this network installer is concerned, if you are trying to create a just *.msi or a install exe file, you have to use a third party packaging tool, choose the modified install package (setup.ini modified to invoke the transform file you created) and then create the package.
